Looks good, what happens on Ebay though if you win the auction , go and see the car in the flesh and decide that it ain't so good/looks a bit rough?

are you legally bound to pay up regardless ( EBAY Ts&Cs say you are ) I would try and argue misrepresentation - but it could turn messy.

Actually thinking about it you won't have much trouble with a fairly new car - but how do you deal with a classic that could have hundreds of things on it that affect the value? All sellers like to tell you its immaculate but what does that mean?
