Question Rusty Wheel nuts

Just noticed some of my wheel nuts have some rust developing on them. My car is a 2002 model. Does anyone else have this on their cars?

Just like to point out I keep my car in pristine condition, so It isn't through lack of neglect.

Try spraying your nuts with WD-40, preferably in the privacy of your own garage...lol.
