Cookie Monster gets a bath at least once a fortnight. So far, if it hasn't rained imediately after it has rained the next day.

Not wishing to sound like I've got the dumbest car name ever, but WONDERBOY* is nearly though his first wash now - just waiting for the Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection to dry before the final buff! Might post a piccy later if I get time

*always to appear in caps, must be pronunced a) in the standing position, legs wide apart in a booming superhero voice or b) in whispered hushed tones with a look of awe upon the face

lol, the first time i washed my MINI it snowed the next day!!

Dont worry Tracie that kind of thing happens even down here in OZ. Ive attemped to wash my MINI yesterday & today with no luck. BLOODY RAIN. Never mind I m giving up on that idea & getting ready to watch the Melbourne F1 GP.

PS - I dont have a name for my car. Does that make me an uncaring parent ? ? ?

Washed mine yesterday morning, looked beatiful. An hour later I was driving down a dirt road, that back end certainly sucks up the dust.

That's terrible. You shopuld be ashamed of yourself

I find that washing the car is much better than a rain dance. Here they stopped everyone washing their cars because of the drought, when really they should have been encouraged

does manfred seem to run better clean . it must be syco ,but it seems a clean car runs better.
