Funny you should say that because I'm trying to get a name for my license plate to name it (her). But I wanted something with Mini in it. Thinking MINNI OR MINNEY. Wanted MINNIE but taken.

Funny you ask that. I'm thinking of getting a license plate with a Mini-related name. I'd like to name her Minnie but not available. Thinking Minni or Minney. What do you think?

That's 'enry, guv Good name. Reminds me of a friend of mine from London who called her car (in California) "Earl" because the letters on the plate were URL. She thought it was funny because Earl is such an American name, and I thought it was funny because it's an English title. Do you pronounce the 'H'? Seems like you'd have a couple of reasons not to. Reminds me of a time in when, after telling a London cabbie I was going to Hackney, he corrected me: "That's 'ackney, guv."
