New Cooper Owner

Hi all,

Just got my new 2004 Mini Cooper this Friday and have been out in in most of the weekend. What can I say but awesome! I used to drive a 1995 VW Polo 1.6 GLX and I thought that was quite quick. Not any more, you hardly have to put your foot down in the Mini and it rewards you with instant acceleration and a massive grin. I just love it!

Anyways, I was just wondering who lives near Poole in the UK and what Mini meetings there are close to that area?

Hi Welcome to MINI2 and congrats on your car.

I'm from Poole and there are others on here from this way too.

Lots of runs organised by SCNM. Look out for the posts and also Mini nights held down on the Quay in the summer.
