| Front & rear bumper mesh......Anyone painted them? I`m thinking of changing the front & rear black bumper mesh on my MCS for the stainless steel type. Have seen some of the prices quoted on MINI2 for these and there are some silly prices for what you are getting. Anyway, I was thinking of painting the black mesh with a chrome/silver paint you can now buy from DIY stores and auto accessory stores. The bumpers seem pretty easy to remove to allow removal of mesh to be spray painted. Has anyone tried this out and with what results? If there are any experts in the paint dept. let me know.
