Unhappy My MCS has been Keyed!!

Went to put some stuff in the boot yesterday morning and noticted a scatch right from vone end of the hatch to the other. It's even caught a bit of the indicator lense. I've had it less than 2 months.

My wife was very upset. It really pizzes me off as there is no way you catch peple for stuff like this. We live in a quiet resiential area and thought we'd be safe.

So, need to get it sorted now. Does anyone have any ideas? I've hard some good things on other forums about Chips Away. However, just done a search here and there are a few dodgy remarks about them.

Oh dear Very sorry to hear that.

How deep is the scratch, is it through the clear coat or down to the metal? You may get away with polishing it out if it's not too deep.

I feel your pain

Really sorry ,I live in dread of the same thing.Like everyone has probably already said you'll need to have a respray if its a deep scratch.
I can recommend a decent paint shop in West London if you plan to pay for it yourself rather than via your insurance......make sure you report it to the Police, not least for insurance purposes
