| MINI2 Regular | London - Show me your MINIs! Hi all, I just returned from a fabulous visit to London, can't wait to go back. I expected the town to be crawling with MINIs. I saw a few, but not too many. Also, I went to Hyde Park Mini on S launch day, but they had no info or S cars. I was also very surprised to see that they had alot of pre-owned coopers for sale. Very dissappointed. Oh well, my S test drive is on Thursday. Woooohoooooo!!!! I did see a nice Indie blue/white with 17's and a BRG with checkerboard roof usually parked in Lancaster Gate. Hello, if you are here (mini2.com). Tom. |

Offline | Considering the "British" image of the MINI in the American TV advertising perhaps BMW have made a mistake in not introducing the Cooper S into Britain first !!! mini2.com ---- therapy for those on cooper s waiting list 2005 cooper s hyper blue |

Offline | Don't get me wrong people, but I'm quite happy for there not to be too many minis in London. It means the head turning factor remains longer for me There is one problem though, there are three other minis in our office car park and I work right next door to a Mini dealer! So I see at least 6 a day. At least I can see all the colours in the flesh, but it still hasn't helped me decide a colour for my "S" ![]() |

Offline | Show me your minis You should try living in Fulham, loads of them. There are three in my street alone! Also one of the local estate agents has a fleet of BRG Minis with special logos. The more the better I say. |

Offline | Not many around Russell Square! I have sighted certain estate agent's company MINIs a couple of times. I have seen a couple MINIs near Primrose Hill/Camden. Recently I drove side by side a Indie Blue One near Miles End. Hubby tried his best to attract the attention of the young lady driver - she did not smile or wave back! I got friendlier responses from Mini drivers in London!!! DK ![]() |
