Coiuld someone please tell me what the vent type thing is on the inside roof, located a foot or so rear of the interior light cluster

If you pump up the air con to max and put you hand by it, you won't feel a thing

...because it's the alarm sensor thingie

Its a toxic gas vent. BMW stole the idea from James Bond. Similar idea as the so called vent on the MCS. People are led to believe that is for the intercooler but I know its for a rocket launcher, I just can't seem to find the rocket under the bonnet so far ...

That's because it's not a rocket launcher. IT's absurd to even think that. You should know better.

It is in fact a temporary nitrous oxide intake which increases the MINI's hp to 650 bhp@2000 rpm!!!!!!!! Ferrari slayer!
