Hi Guys,

I'm after some advice. I'm trying to sell my Cooper before I get my Cooper S. Can anyone suggest a good place to sell it? I've tried AutoTrader online but no interest after a week and at varied prices.

try the for sale section of mini2... http://www.mini2.com/forum/sale/ and possibly ebay.

have you had a trade in price on it yet from your dealer?

Yep, tried that as well. Thanks for the tip on Ebay, I may well try that!

The dealer has quoted me about £11,500 to trade in. Although they reckon I would get more if I sold it privately!

yeah you should be able to get between £12-12,500 privately if that is a realistic trade in value.

forgot to mention, a friend of mine sold her LY Cooper through http://www.freeads.net and it's free so you can't go wrong
