Offline | Side Repeaters I was in at my dealer today to find out if i could get clear side repeaters instead of the orange ones which come with my cooper next month. At the time they didn't know for sure but phoned me back later on.... The clear repeaters were going to cost £21 for the pair and if they were to fit them for me it would cost £36 labour - total cost £57 Its a two minute job!!! So i think i will be fitting them myself. Can anyone tell me where i can get the repeaters for less? £21 isn't bad but if i can get them for less i will do that. |

Offline | Maybe worth a look on Ebay. You can replace the whole side bit for a fancier version known as shark gill repeaters which come with clear indicators as well. I got mine cheap on MINI2 but I think they are ~£50 or also seen them on Ebay for £40 I think. Who is your dealer - £36 is a total joke for labour. It takes the same time as it does to change the bulb! Red/Black R56 Cooper |

![]() Stoke me a Clipper! | I got mine off of ebay for £4.95 including bulbs and delivery. Absolute steal. Unfortunately, the guy I got them from doesn't appear to have anymore, but you could contact him to see if he's going to have any more. The seller name is the_autbarn Good luck Red Dwarf has left the room |

Offline | So far my dealer hasn't said anything about freebies although i did get a small discount.... here's hoping though. I half expected them to say they would do the repeaters for nothing, i mean its not going to cost them much in comparison to the car, i definatly wasn't expecting them to come out with that price. I had seen the Shark repeaters, and might end up going for them but i have a couple of weeks until i get the car so might have a look around, but the oranfe ones will definatly be going :-). |
