Help resizing Gif's

Can anyone help with the resizing of Gif's.

I have found some that are brill for use as my avatar.

The problem is that they are too big and as soon as I resize them, they don't work anymore.

There must be a way because some of the ones that are too big, are being used on here!!!.

Your help would be gratefully received.

Cheers

Try any reasanable graphics editing software - resizing is a fairly basic function. If you are going to do a reasanable amount of editing (ie removing nuberplates from pictures etc.) then try Photoshop Elements of Paint Shop Pro.

if you see them being used on this site in the size you want you can right-click and save them in that size.
