Hey did anyone get invited back to the MINI Survey? I've just received a e-mail and i just registered to go back to take a survey sometime in May... its a 3 hour survey and they will pay $200 for you to give them a piece of your mind...

Now I'm going to be second guessing my responses, wondering what would have gotten me to the survey....

Still no contact from me. I guess you're just their target for one reason or another. It is surprising no one else on here has been asked, but I guess they're not looking for tons of M2 people, since they can just read our views whenever they want.

Ya... maybe thats why i got that day... I chose saturday as my first choice 9 to 12 and saturday 12 to 3 as my second and sunday 9 to 12 as my third!..

Hahahha so you want me to tell them to have a British accent lady for the Nav instead of an American accent. LOL

Right now we get the US accent English: the Spanish and French So I understand the job to pick just 3 is not easy for them... So they need to provide a wider choice
Well I think the Ideal would be for each owner to be able to pick what 3 he wants in his MINI
The VDO Dayton OEM unit that MINI uses is programed right now with 9 languages and 21 voices/accents And so it should just be another Programing option for the dealer at delivery...

I am also attempting to get as many people as I can to post this request in the MINI owners lounge site and to send letters to Jack Pitney the MINI head honcho in the US at MINI US HQ

Your direct access in this survay can help yhe cause a lot I think

Funny how they have both Saturday and Sunday hours to ask people about the cars, because maybe they realize most of us work during the week, yet service (at least here) doesn't really run on the same logic. Go figure, and you pay (especially in CA) way more then the $66.67/hr they're giving you for the survey to get your car fixed out of warranty.
