I picked up my new MCS yesterday, all DS. She'd been sitting at the dealers for over a week as she arrived early and so I didn't have the insurance and then had to work away until yesterday, but I've got her now

Anyway I took her straight off to get a new stereo fitted and then today she's been getting her silver viper stripes added, which look wicked. So far I haven't noticed any problems with her, mechanically or rattling, hopefully it'll stay that way, touch wood. She does have four scratches up the bonnet though, maybe a foot long each, they're impossible to see in daylight - even when you're looking for them - but show up like heck under fluorescent lights. Anyway the dealer says to take her in and he'll get it sorted which is pretty good. I'm off now to have some fun and take some pictures which I'll post later.

anyway, congrats on the car, it looks great

btw if you upload the pictures as attachments (add/manage attachments) directly from your computer, rather than linking from a gallery or whatever, you can add up to 5

I can't think from where looking at your location... I can usually be found in the North East, Yorkshire or Lincolnshire.

ah ok, it's just my boyfriend's friend just picked up a DS MCS that was delivered early but she didn't have the insurance ready... spooky eh? but it would be in the birmingham area

Top motor there mate,i nearly went for viper stripes when i ordered my new Cooper S but iv'e gone for bonnet stripes

I had them custom made specially for me

I hadn't, and still haven't, seen anyone else with that design and wanted to have something that was unique to me.
