If you want High performance, (you can get gas or lectric) For electric, get the Tamiya TL-01 Chassis(around USD120, or the TA04 R chassis( around 190USD) and put a MINI body on it. The cool thin with these cars is that you can change it to look like whatever car you want! Bodies are plastic and fit over the car, eachcosts around 10 bucks. So if you want a MINI today, you have it. If you want an SVT lightning tomorrow, you have that as well. These cars go around 30 mph, and have incredible range for tunability. If you want, you can even biuld them! But don't get ripped off by the ones they sell at the dealership.

My dad and I recently got a CEN Nitro powered MINI off of ebay. Very cool. It does 45 mph and is 4 wheel drive. It is a rally MINI!

I've got the Tamiya MINI - just slightly modded

I painted it to match my full size MINI

If you go down this route, get an ESC & full ball bearing kit as a minimum - then get a faster motor

Back with a bigger boot
