Offline | Interesting picture. But I think painted wheel arches look best on darker colors - like black or perhaps BRG or Indi Blue. + 2002 MINI Cooper S - Dark Silver / White roof, Sport, Premium, Lapis blue leather + 1965 Mini Traveller - Tartan Red / White roof, 1275, Cooper S discs, fully restored/renewed |

Offline | Ya gotta love the mini. I keep seeing new variations all of which are very interesting. Keep 'em coming. Thanks. I didn't realize you could get the trim sprayed. I still think I'm going for the side skirts only and leaving the back and the front as is with as much chrome as possible. Most fun on 4 wheels. #9 Cooper at Baron KC. June 2002 build. Offline | agree to the point that painted arches look better on darker colors. That BRG cooper looks just right especially with the dual exhaust and 5 spoke rims I would imagine bigger rims look better with painted arches. just a thought. ![]() |
