Has anyone else heard about this ?

I popped into the former Milcars in watford ( now something else but I can't remember what) and asked about this a couple of weeks ago. The guy who worked in there told me that a new brochure was being prepared in line with the revisions and addition of the convertible.

I expect MINI/BMW are aiming to have it ready for the motor show but wondered if anyone knew anything?

I expect they'll have a new brochure sometime this summer; the one here in the States is '03 vintage, so its definately outdated. Of course when they actually make it to the dealers is another story.

I have seen the the new price list in PDF format which is availible on the dealers' website.

It contains the pricing for all the new minis (soft & hard top) from July 2004.

I am trying hard to get a hard copy, but my mate at the dealer could not sneak it past his boss.

The 'outer mirror pack' costs £160 & we concluded it must contain the new powered mirrors. It is described in the same terms as the similar options on the 3 series.

Could find no details about the MP3 DC player though.

I wonder if it is the new standard cd boost?

Spoke to my dealer and its standard as part of the CD head unit boost combo......

Am getting a July car, so mine will have this, but have cacelled the CD changer until I am sure that it can handle MP3's even though the head unit can..... The CD prep is now free so have had that done and waiting to find out????

The new brochure will be delivered to the dealers in the first week of june, if you ask your dealer they should give you a PDF print out!

Whomever can get you hands on it first - can we post it up here?

I asked my dealer about an accessories brochure and she said she would send one out - I'll scan it up as soon as I get it (looked but couldn't find one on the site).
