| It's difficult to answer really. Delivery on July the 14th could mean that the car is the facelift model and built in the first 2 weeks of july. My local dealer was telling me they are giving people the option of having an 'old' model for the old price or waiting a couple of weeks and getting the facelift model and paying the extra. This only applies to the orders near the change over period. Advice I can offer is make sure which model you are supposedly getting. If it is the older model, you shouldn't pay a penny more than on your order form. However, if it is the new model they are within their rights to pass the cost onto you. It says so on the back of the order form unfortunately. Having said all that explain you are not happy and ask the dealer to split the difference, i.e. giving you a couple of hundred quid off the new price. Hope this helps |
