This is a letter i am contemplating sending Williams Mini Manchester - please read and advise me of what i can do or ask for as recompense.

Geez man. Sounds like you have had a terrible experience.

Perhaps tell your dealer to *** off and find another? Is there another one near you?

Sorry to hear about your problems.

If I was you I would not have posted that as BMW/MINI HQ and Dealers read whats on MINI2,so they would be forwarned about your letter before you have even sent it.
