Question Of these TWO non-released colours, which do YOU like best?

OK folks, please vote. Do you like the idea of a metallicGold, or a light blue (non-metallic) called Candy Blue MINI the most. Some (not so great) images can be seen by clicking on the thumbnails below as a guide.

Thanks

I love the Gold but it would have to be on a Cooper with a white roof might look abit stange with a Gold roof on a ONE
Come on MINI put these colours into production

I echo smiffy's sentiment - gold w/ white

Gold with black top!!!! That would be my choice for my S if I could have it. Now I have to decide between yellow and dark silver.

Candy Blue with a white top for me. Maybe with a target on the roof. I wonder how candy blue would look with a black roof. In general I like the black roof better. Makes the roof blend in with the dark windows.

Personally - wouldn't want either. If those were the only two colors on a MINI i'd buy the blue and sand blast and paint it. Maybe this is a difference between UK and US or more precesily the conservative Midwest that I live in. I do like the candy blue color - just not on my car.

Cheers

Don't like the gold at all, and candy blue is great but a bit too close to electric blue, so is arguably a waste of a new colour, assuming the range is limited

Why not add something like a nice early 70's muddy orange... I remember Mk I Ford Escorts in this colour. (Mexico model?)

Cooper S, Jet Black w/ white roof, silver 16" X-Lite wheels, DSC, MFSW, dark tinted windows

...It's here & I love it!

back on topic. As this is the my current car, I have to "go for gold".

The Candy blue looks very similar to a colour used on MG's in the late 60' early 70's.

If you place the Candy Blue (lovely colour) and the Electric Blue next to each other they are not that similar at all. Electric Blue is more of a metallic kingfisher blue, Candy Blue is a very vibrant kind of powder blue.

Guess where my vote went?

I voted Candy Blue. I'd love an 'S' in that colour with a white roof.

Hmmm not to sure. If i had to choose i'd go for the gold but i think MINI should bring out some really wild colours
like the M3 blue or the bronze colour i've seen on some peugeot 206's or maybe that flip colour alfa romeo do.

Give me GOLD with the BLACK top!! That Candy Blue is yuckkkk, in my opinion. Not my kind of color. Don't think the gold would look good with the white top either.

Candy blue with a white roof! Reminds me of the good old Surf blue colour on classic Coopers...
