Evening people,
i'm starting to get really mardy, i ordered my mini on the 1st of april and i still aint got it yet, i know its not exactly bin a verylong time to wait but i want my car now! have any of u order ur car around that time that i did (sometime in March)? and already recieved it?

i just wanna have a rough idea how much long i gotta wait!

Hi Chris, has'nt your dealer given you any indication of delivery.

hiya,
yeh on the slip which my dealer gave me when i bought the car it said estimated deliverly date was the end of june! Although this is what the computer said and the women that tuck the order said it normally takes 6-8 weeks, well this thursday is the 7th week!

If I was you I would get in touch with your dealer to find out exactly after all said and done he gets commission on selling you the car.......so make him earn it.:

Hey lath...there are a bunch of us in the same seat as you, I too am waiting for my mini end of june. Join the rest of us in the ordering and delivery tracking forum, and you can get a better idea of your mini's progress!

Hi chris,

Relax! You don't want the factory to rush on you car, they have enough trouble getting it right when they try and keep to a schedule. Let alone rush.

I had to wait for seven months for my MCS. In the end it was worth every second of the wait. I have never had a car that is as much fun to drive.

Lath, I take it that your not getting the facelift model with a 6-8week delivery. My father-in-law ordered his MCS on 24th April & he's been told the same lead time(from Cotswold Hereford), I ordered my MCS(same dealer) on the 8th May and I was given their last build slot in October!! mine's the facelift model so I guess there's the delay from the offical launch.

I know it sucks having to wait, but at least you'll still have the summer to drive it and anyway good things come to those who wait

p.s what spec did you go for?

I put my order in on the 28th of April and i have got a slot that should be delivered at the dealer on the 13th of August (good job im not superstitous, cant spell either

) Im leaving it till the 1st september to collect though to get the new reg.

Apparently i had the last one other wise it would be an august deliver. Mine was a MCS though, maybe its less on a One or Cooper but i wouldnt know.

Ha Ha, yeh your right, am just impatiant coz my minis ma first car!! iv waited 5 months since i passed my test to get this baby sat on my drive at my house

hiya folks,

i ordered my coop s on 14 th march, foned ma dealer last night, set for delivery last week june or 1st week july, my car`s chassis is finished complete with VIN number and its waiting to be shipped to oxford for assembly woot!

I cant stand the wait either!
