Dumb thing is I didn't make a note of them! Tonight when I'm at another computer I'll go through again and make a note and see if I can get any other answers and then I'll post them. Also I just picked out the questions at random, rather than go in numerical order - that doesn't make any difference of course but there is something satisfying about having a series of check marks (ticks) at various places across the board!
