Offline | Mini2fosi- quick explanation! Tifosi: Translated from Italian meaning "fan" The Tifosi in italy are the Ferrari fanatics who eat, drink, sleep, breath and even **** ferrari! I class myself as relaxed Tifosi. Only loving all things Ferrari! AS I love all things MINI I thought well I'm a MINI Tifosi aswell, then I cam up with MINI2fosi! ![]() Hope that clears it up and I thought I was being clever! ![]() Anyway if you class yourself as a Mini2fosi aswell, then maybe you should give Paul a pitance to help the bloke along with paying for this fabulous site we all know and love! (God I sound like Basil ) and maybe if he thinks your pitance is worthy he might make you a mini2fosi aswell! ![]() ![]() |

Offline | Thanks for that lesson Damo. The things you learn on MINI2 I just want my status back next to my sponsorship status, that would be enough, surely a Master by now?? ![]() P.S. I don't know whether or not to explain the 'time flies like an arrow...' statement at the bottom of my posts or not? or maybe I'll just change it? I also just worked out that at 500 posts I have payed 4p per post, very reasonable ![]() Currently driving: Silver Volkswagen Lupo GTi, 6 speed, 125bhp Last edited by cmt : Apr 9th, 2002 at 11:33 AM. |

| I prefer the Japanese word 'otaku'. MINI-otaku Otaku: Japanese word denoting an obsessive fan of anything, in the sense of being narrow and anti-social. Sometimes used in the West without derogatory connoitations to refer to a dedicated fan of anime, manga, videogames etc. DBK. |

Offline | ok you slow dimwit, here we go ![]() the original phrase is 'time flies like an arrow' i.e. Time goes fast. The last bit refers to those lovely little flying insects (fruit flies ) which do indeed like bananas.P.s. I'm sure that the fact I needed to explain it means that it shouldn't be on the bottom of my profile. A backwards poet would write inverse?? ![]() Currently driving: Silver Volkswagen Lupo GTi, 6 speed, 125bhp Last edited by cmt : Apr 10th, 2002 at 08:29 AM. |
