Checked with the dealer today.

The handbook is wrong. The sticker on the door pillar is correct.

FRONT 2.1 bar (31 psi) Normal load
REAR 2.4 bar (35 psi) " "

The handbook is being amended.

I got a reply from MINI customer services to my question about tyre pressures. They didn't have a fu**ing clue. Why did they bother repling to me saying that the handbook they had did not tell them the required information. I knew that, thats why I asked for some clarification. Customers services great advice was to go and ask my dealer, good or what. I would hate to think I had a complicated technical problem and had to discuss it with customer services.

Thanks for posting. However, I'm not convinced!!

Why when the car is carrying more load in the back should you increase the pressures of just the front tyres?
