I heard from somebody on my Triumph group (I own a GT6+) that BMW will have a Mini at Imports at Carlisle (Pennsylvania) this May. Seems like a big drop from major shows like Detroit and Geneva. Has anybody else heard this?

Yep! I just found the ad in Grassroot Motorsports, April. It'll be at the Import Kit/Replicar event, May 18 (Friday, but more importantly, my birthday) through 20. Mini Mania's going to be bringing it, so I hope they'll have a list of options to get for it that are in development. It would be great if they'd have the low-down on how to get the Works mods to bump up hp.

Luckily, my parents live in Doylestown, so driving there shouldn't be too bad.

www.carsatcarlisle.com has the info on the event, but doesn't say anything about the Mini. Let's hope it's an oversight on their part.

But, it's less than a month away from the NY auto show, where I'll be able to see one in person for the first time. Just hoping to not be disappointed. B)
