Did anyone see the highlights of the Monte this week on Speedvision? What an awesome race that is. While I'm at it....did anyone get the feeling that the MINI may play a prominent role in that race in years to come? I sure did!

I certainly hope they get the MINI in there, and it does well. I think that will help it gain more respect as a true succesor to the mini classic.

I did ask Frank Stephenson a while ago if they had any plans to race the car, he was very 'tight lipped' (if that's possible in an email) but he did agree that is certainly has the potential.

Well, it's not the Monte Carlo, but it is the new MINI in competition. Look at:

It begins!!!

I'm positive they will start shpowing up in SCCA SS events next year. The original was just so good on the track, how can we help ourselves. I'm sorting out my 525i right now so it will be ready to sell in February!
