Offline | In another two years, mine will be "retired" to my garage, as a "high days and holidays" car. It'll be used at the weekends, for shows, and MINI2 runs. In it's place will be something else, probably something a bit more economical for my 160 mile commute to work (only 3 days a week though)......but I'll still have the MCS for FUN! Robert |

Offline | Been out for a run in the MINI today. I had a small warranty fix to be done at the the dealers (loose front plastic roof gutter part above A pillar, now fixed! ) and seeing as it's a 40 min run up the motorway (boring!!) to get there, I took the B roads back! How in the hell can I think of selling this car!! Seeing as I'm not keen on the "S" styling, or the new '05 styled Cooper (parked mine next to one at the dealers today. Much prefer mine with the "old" bumpers! ) and the fact I bought my MINI outright therefore no finance but I would have to get finance for a new one, and I can't find a car I like as much as my MINI.................... (still with me! ) ....................... and I've added bits that I would have to do again to a new one ............ ...........pauses for breath!! ............. ...........it looks like I will be doing the same as the above quote! ![]() Last edited by R1 : Jul 16th, 2004 at 10:09 PM. |

Offline | I plan on keeping mine, she is my baby. I may eventually get a second MINI but "Hope" is my first and I will keep her for as long as possible. 2002 MC BRG/W 5-speed |

| Cross-Country Roadfinder | Yup, yup! Another deciding factor to me. Wih the 4 rally lights that I did myself, the radio I had put in, along with all the Rear Fog Lamp stuff that the '02's didn't have, Why bother with a new one? ![]() Fox. ![]() |
