.Uttlesford District Council bosses in Saffron Walden used to drive about a Scorpio with the plate 1F. It was rumoured that they also had F1 but I havn't ever seen it.

Have seen this very plate on a black Granada Scorpio driving through Sawbridgeworth, Herts about 1 year ago.
Must make top dollar.
Told many peaple but they dont believe me that it was on a Granny, pretty much pleased now someone else has seen it now.
