Apparently so..... My mum kept getting pulled over because of an illegally spaced number plate, and they said if she got caught again she would lose the plate ie the rights

I saw LO05 FOR on a Land rover - didn't really twig what it meant until I looked at the other side and saw HIRE on another plate and yes it was a portable Loo hire company!!

Another good one I saw was P15 TOF but spaced as P15T OF on a Land Rover Vogue

I see KAT 1E a lot also on my way to work - I bet that cost a fortune although it is only on a standard SLK

Pimlico Plumbers always have some comedy ones - they try to spell plumbing related ones like LOO 1 and F1 USH etc

My Cooper S will have C1 YDN but spaced as C 1YDN (my name is Chris Lydon) so was the best I could find....

That's not the weirdest....

Saw "BM 850" on a Merc E430 in Syd a couple of days ago. The poor car had an identity crisis!

There are loads of people over here that have plates that were obviously bought for a previous car and than kept when they changed. Usually the model number of the old car followed by their initials.

I've seen M3 *** on a BMW X5, X5 *** on a Range Rover, A4 *** on an Audi A6, S40 *** on a Volvo XC90 and M5 *** on a Mercedes CLS. There's even a guy by me that's got **53 MCS on his new Golf R32!

I admire him for his sense of humour.

He obviously knows that that's what jealous people are thinking when they see him in his car, and clearly he doesn't care!

Im surprised no-one has bought FA57 MCS or FA57 JCW yet, theyre both for sale for under 1000 which I think is quite a good price but maybe theres not enough people with new mcs's and jcw's to make the price increase yet

We've got WK57 MCS for the R56 JCW Mini Cooper S that we've just ordered! Might get some show plates with the number spaced like this WK5 7 MCS, for show use only of course!
