Replacement tyre cost

I am trying to decide whether to go for 16 inch or 17 inch wheels. Does anyone know the respective costs of replacing the run flat tyres.

16"

Got a new 16" runflat last week. £126 from Formula One Autocenter in Canterbury. ( Went there because that is where the BMW dealer next door takes its wheels.)
