[MiniSMan]

Well guys today i went on the longest trip with my MCS. We went to Pennsylvania for the day nothing big but let me tell u this car is amazing on long trips . i keep reading threads on all these MCS breaking down so i was a little worried to say the least. but i noticed alot of these MCS are earlier models . Mine is a March 2004 build and i believe they got all the gremlins out of the car . the car is incredibly smooth i mean by the way the gears shift and how it handles and steers and the ride is great the car is so silent at highway speeds its hard to hear the engine and when u come to a stop same thing silence purrs like a kitten u get that perfect little growl when pulling away its just a very solid car no squeaks rattles nothing just the sound of the great stereo system its the best i have ever heard i just have the standard stero i could imagine how the HK system sounds On my trip i saw 2 MCS a Liquid Yellow one we were on the same side of the highway i slowed down so it could catch up to me we were side by side and it happened to be a cute girl in it and she waved! ( i was hoping it was a cute guy but thats a different story) either way she waved even though i have read threads in here that girls who drive Minis never wave . The second Mini was an Electric Blue MCS on the other side of the highway on my way home the windows were tinted i waved but it flew past me so thats my trip i enjoyed it very much i plan on doing more long trips i have to go clean all the bug splats on my bonnet and windshield. By the end of this week ill post some pics of my spray painted bumper inserts and front lower grill i did it with chrome spray paint it looks great Im just glad to be part of the Mini family take care guys&girls talk to u soon
