Unhappy Rejected Mini

My mini is being replaced due to a few problems with it. I have had a handsfree kit fitted to my current car. Mini say that it is not down to them to pay to have the kit changed over. I was wondering if anyone who has ever had a replacment car knew about this. I don't think I should have to pay, but I am not sure how I stand. Any help will be greatfully recieved

If she's not smoking she broken!

I had a similar thing recently with a laptop at PC World. I had a 128MB SIMM that I'd paid for (£100) fitted in a laptop that went outside their 28 day fix guarantee period. They were reluctant to let me have it back and install it in the replacement laptop which they had also been reluctant to supply . I stuck to my guns and got the SIMM back, and they installed it for free. My advice, speak to, or email Customer Services.

Currently driving: Silver Volkswagen Lupo GTi, 6 speed, 125bhp
