the charge for fuel is part of the £450-odd that is added (1st reg fee, tax, delivery etc etc). it's just that the invoice / quote breaks it down into the individual items.

I didn't go Chilli Either.....

For much the same reasons as you.....

I didn't want the 17" wheels.......1/2 leather creases and saggs and looks rough after a while........xenons are cool, but hey are they really worth £350?

In the end I went with, manual a/c as it's nice to be cool on a warm day, plus you should get most of the £600 (as it was) back on resale.

I also went for mats, MFSW, heated mirrors and jets & CD prep.

Since delivery I've also added a Boost CD HU, bought 2nd hand (off here), spotlights and am having a roof flag and stripes added in a couple of weeks.

Remember, whilst the car will drepreciate at 10-15% in the first year, the options will depreciate a lot faster. My guess is on something like Sat-Nav you may only get around 20% of the £1400 back after a year!

Buy the car you want, rather than the car the dealer wants to sell you........who knows you better, them or you?
