After waiting all this time for my MINI (Since January 6th 2002)it will be late. Was promised back then it would arrive in the middle of may at latest and a couple of months ago they said 1st May...now it seems I will be lucky to get it on 18th May - my birthday!

I am gonna cry and cry and cry!

It happened to me in Feb 02 and I had to re-arrange my travel plan etc... However, I am sure it will be worth it in the end.

Shame that you'll miss the Peaks Run - I was looking forward to meet you so as to find out if you are as cheeky in real life as in the Chat Room

I am sure we'll meet one day!

... and complain to your dealer and get lots of nice free accessories to compensate for all the inconvenience the delay will cause!

what have they said is causing the delay???

I ordered my car on the same day as you and picked it up on the 1st March, it was ready a week before that but I waited for the date change!

do both of those make that much difference to you?
i suppose if you dont mind waiting then its ok, but they would not be that high on my list, would rather have the grin on my face and be driving around in mine for the past month
