2 year warranty?

Only 15 days to go! Anyway I have started to get suspicious that the mini only comes with a 2 year warranty. Cant find anything about it in the brochure which probably means it is and they are trying to keep it quite. Can anybody confirm.

Also while I am on the subject of things that are usually standard these days, does the mini come with breakdown cover. Such as my clio which had 3 years of top level AA cover with 48 hour free rental car, relay+ and everything.

I suppose I should have asked about this stuff before I ordered but it didnt occur to me that any manafacturer would not be doing 3-5 year warranty.

3 years european break down recovery with Mondial (BMW)
5 (well 4 really) years free servicing with TLC.
Pretty good package really

If thats the case then yes just in the top gear magazine bit at the back it says 2 years warranty.

I've checked and that is true as far as I know.
The 3 year warranty is unlimited mileage as well

Just checked my docs, and it's 3 years dealer warranty with the third year subject to you having the servicing done etc at a main dealer. Looks like it's 3 years for the emergency recovery service as well!

Huh? Last I checked my 3 year warranty was 50k miles.

Each country offeres different warranties. In Germany my dealer will only offer the factory 2 year warranty. I'm pretty sure you can purchase additional years.
