54 Tail Lights ?

Followed a new 54 mc yesterday, seem to have new tail lights on it.

Anyone know the name of them or better still, have you a photo.

They're called tail lights.

They're the standard Cabrio and '05 model year MINI lights (from July build onwards).

HUH? the indicator part?? do you mean the blinker? the yellow part? it is round... well looks round to me. all three lights look round.

Wait so UK the blinkers are yellow or i mean amber but in US they are red?? Anyone figure out why that is yet?

Isn't it to do with making it legal in all US states? Not sure, but the red looks a LOT better than the orange/yellow. It looks like it was designed to be red, and the orange/yellow was a bit of an afterthought.

I have NO idea... but if you think about it why is red blinkers legal? Most cars now have amber/yellow blinkers... pre 05 MINIs were yellow.
