United-Kingdom Sat Nav Voice Link UP

I have a pda Sat Nav system, it has an output for Sound. any way to link this into head unit so i can play music at same time as voice , if u know what i mean , u know so they mix together? can u use the nav input pins on the CD boost head unit?
