Question 16" wheel with runflat tire Vs. 17" wheel with normal tire

What would be the difference between 16" wheel with runflat tire and 17" wheel with normal tire in terms of control, 0-100km/hr and comfortability? Advice needed.

16" style 83 5 star run flat tires

coz i think this is the best looking wheels they have
