!!!Buying in 1 hour! Any advice??????????????

Hi everyone - I'm planning on ordering my pepper white mini cooper this afternoon - any advice on discount strategies??? is it really a set price or can i haggle on the cost?

also is there anything you wish you had bought at this stage?

No discounting going on in the U.S., but things might be different there

Good luck but no discounting done here.
In fact, most places are selling over MSRP in California, at least.

Convertibles are the only thing going for closer to MSRP here.

Can't advise, otherwise, as I myself am buying this weekend...putting the final touches on a deposit I placed last week. Enjoy having the hardest part behind you...
soon it will be. I've still got a day or so to sweat out the final details. ;-)

United-States Good luck...

with fluttering your lashes. Didn't work for me. j/k.

I only added sports seats and moonroof to a base model and am perfectly delighted with the whole thing. It's not about add ons. It's about the ride. :-)

well well...it worked a little....finally ordered my baby yesterday - got myself a free tank of petrol and they paid £100 towards my TLC! fluttering of eyelashes works apparantly.....even on the ladies! ;-)

2 months of waiting and driving my Ford around to endure now!

Well done! I got the TLC for free (back in the days of only the £100 TLC!) - made me fee like a dell-boy in the making!

The hard part now is .... the waiting!

I managed free spotlights since I wasn't trading anything in... had to push a little, but if you are thinking about any dealer fit stuff, they can normally do somthing more easily than taking a discount of the car... I wanted the spots anyway and they would have cost me something like £350 fitted, although I'm sure they probably only cost the dealer £50... But I'm happy

Mine was supposed to come with a free full tank, but it came half empty So make sure you remember when you pick it up

i wanted it for march anyway as i was holding out for the 05 reg. got mine from Sytners in Romford. i think we must support eachother through this painful waiting process!!!

will keep an eye on that petrol then, the cheeky monkeys. i'm tight as anything so if they try that one on me i will perform a sit-in until they fill it up!
