Tell me guys, this TLC package that lots of you refer too - I take it, it's a maintenance plan for the vehicle, correct? And I see a lot of you feature it as an option - so you actually have to pay for this??? ...and how much?

In South Africa we get a maintenance plan included as standard in the price of the car. No BMW product is sold locally with-out a maintenance plan.

Hello all,

Despite owning my MCS for 7 months now, I'm new to this site. Its great.

Mocksy, I'm lead to believe that the 2nd TLC package called TLC XL gives you three more years or 30,000 miles to the exising TLC package. Thats a total of 8 years or 80,000 miles. Sounds pretty good to me.

Hhmm..,..now I'm confused. I thought TLC was for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever came sooner. Then again, the batteries in my calculator have run out!
