I got stpped in Michigan yesterday by a State Policeman on Highway 75. And all the man wanted to know was how I like my car because he was getting ready to order one. He said he had never seen an all black one and that I looked like that I wasn't in a hurry so he decided to stop me and ask questions.
Too much time on his hands Huh.

It's amazing that you've met and know all the police in the UK

I can't say I remember you but hey, I've met a lot of folks, and not all of them were breathing

That is a good thing! Hopefully, after he receives his MINI, he will be more apt to let you go for speeding next time! Of course, that is assuming that you might speed!

Well, I was at the police station stating the theft of my MCS's Mini badges and we went to have a look at the damage the thief inflicted. He had to see the entire car because he liked it so much and he noticed a parking scratch on the door that I got just a few days after I picked up the car. He offered to put the scratch in the report blaming the badge thief to get it fixed so my insurance would buy pay for it. They bought it so no scratches anymore

And a policecar followed me unseen on the Dutch freeway, they stopped me and gave me a speeding ticket, but exactly under a certain speed to prevent a much higher ticket, and I drove faster than the speed mentioned on the ticket. And I did some other stuff which he did not mention. But he mentioned he liked my car

.

So I say the MCS actually saved me money in more than one occasion.

These are the intangibles that the MINI offers its owners! Good stuff!

Problem though, with photo radar, that camera has no preference!
