hmm... cant you reset your odo if you get a new engin replaced?.. cant most mini dealers do it with their "computer" ?

Just seen this thread!!!!

I am so pleased I am not the only nutter to whizz down the motorway with a camera in hand trying to capture that "special" milage on the meter!

I did this while whizzing down the A1 about 5 weeks ago. Note the 11,000 miles and the oh so precise 70mph

and the camera phone reflection in the background
