| i was watching out for 10,000 miles so carefully, but when it came, i was 'stranded' in the middle of a journey with no camera. Disgusted! Good idea for a thread though, I def wanted to show off my 10,000 had I had a pic! |

| You've even gone to the trouble of working out exactly when to zero your trip meter in order to get both meters to tie in with each other. Now that's dedication!! | That definitely deserves rep. Absolutely brilliant. Got a long way to go to beat it with a 098765 432.1 Done too many miles for 009876 543.2 Only way to beat it would be with a 123456 789.0   It was acceptable in the 80's |

| If you haven't got the Sat Nav option you can't do these configurations. The trip meter comes first on the display on the central speedo. I just missed out on doing 333.3 033333. D'oh! It was acceptable in the 80's |

| Credit where credit's due. 12345 - 678.9 = 11,661.1 and then you had to remember to do it bang on time. You probably had to leave a post it note on the speedo as a reminder, I know that I would have had to have done. Imagine the frustration of forgetting by even just 1 mile. You would have had to have traded the car for a new one and then started the whole process again! Now there's an interesting excuse for a MINI upgrade. Personally I don't think it would work if I tried it with Eeyore Tigger. May '04 - Feb '07 R50, Feb '07 - May '10 R53. Enjoyed our time with MINI's, but ran out of space!
