| What is Jubilee weekend? My question is will the world cup slow production? In the states there was a piece on National Public Radio (as close as we get to the BBC) about U.K. employers concerned about large numbers of workers calling in sick to watch the games. | Will the World Cup affect Mini production in June? Minimum_wage has a good point; this worries me more than the Queen's Jubilee. Maybe June production is just not in the cards? I am having second thoughts about Xenon's anyway. The World Cup buzz is already starting here in SF. Of course it could just be the fact that my wife is Italian & a co-worker is Croat. I think this may deserve a new thread. Life is short! Why drive a boring car?! Indi blue/white Cooper;Sport & Premium packages. |
