United-States Insurance experience ratings - State Farm

Interesting table of experience ratings from State Farm (largest USA auto insurer) for just about every car sold in USA (2002-2005 models).

MINI comes out OK, interesting they do not break out MCS as separate model.

Looks like small entry level cars come out the worst (mostly driven by younger and inexperienced drivers, leading to more crashes per insured car). Many but not all of the larger trucks and SUVs also have a poor Liability index, no doubt to the damage they cause other vehicles when mixed up in a crash.

I had a good experience with state farm and I'm guessing its because they don't count the mcs as seperate.

Geico wanted 1100 for 6 months, State Farm did it for 700 with the same coverage.

I'll be happy the day that I get married and my freggin' insurance goes down, I'm 19-- 20 in June and its outrageous what I have to pay on my old piece ofcrap vehicle that I have now that is rapidly approaching 200 thousand miles... I could afford my Mini and I would've had one back in october except the stupid insurance... I have one claim, but it was ruled the other drivers fault and less than a grand to fix it.... they still hiked up my rates.
