England Mini Customer Services Response Time

Just a quick question. Has anyone else e-mailed Mini Customer Services and if so did they take a very long time to respond? I have e-mailed them twice but they don't seem to want to reply to me. Don't know what more I can do, other than mark it "urgent" (which it is). Maybe they are inundated with e-mails and it just takes them a long time to get round to replying ?

I have never emailed - always telephoned them and they've been brilliant.. Fun and friendly and reassuring. I would have thought most people call them so they probably don't have much time to email! If it's that urgent I should get on the dog and bone.

I will let you know as soon as I receive a reply. I have just cc'd them a copy of a letter I have sent to my local dealer, with reference to poor customer service and also to recurring power steering pump faliures.

I have just had to have a new power steering pump fitted to my 2005 build MCSC.
For the record, this is my 3rd mini, and so far over the 3 cars I have had:-
2 steering columns
2 power steering pumps ( one of which has been fitted to my 2005 build car )
1 complete steering rack assembly.

I will let you know as to the response I get from them, and also what the dealer has to say!

I emailed them once (non urgent) and it was under 24 hours with a very good reply.

I have emailed them 3 times, 1st time was to complain about the fact that my dealer is crap and they ripped my dashboard, 2nd time was too complain about the myriad of problems that I have had to take my MCS in for to the dealer and the 3rd time was to follow up on the 2nd time cuz they told me the 2nd time that I would be emailed back shortly in response to the 2nd time and that they have forwarded my email to the approriate dept. to handle my case of wanting to reject the car. Their 3rd response was again it has been fwd'd to the appropriate dept. and I would hear from them shortly..sigh

here is the email that I have been sending too. mini.customerservices@mini.com hope this helps!!

Thanks for your comments everyone. Of course calling is the best option. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to take time out at my work to make would be quite a lengthy personal phone call to explain my saga of problems. So I e-mail and wait..........

I don't think that is the correct email for the UK.

It is customer.service@mini.co.uk
