Sorry to hear that mate
Was the Escort stolen?
Hope their insurance pays out.
You might be able to get a Cooper S now as you are going to need the transport. (sorry)
Hope Brian can recover.
I was driving home, usually take the my Escort thought it would be a nice change and a run for my mini!
The blokes were pished, they got knicked, but not before they got a kicking from two rather big lads who'd also been nerfed by them!
The pished scrote owned the car, there was valid tax disc, and he claims he has insurance - Coppers still haven't given me a real info, other than the prosecution info!
RealMini.Co.Uk, If it ain't got an A-series then it ain't a mini!
I hope you get the insurance money you deserve - you may want to reorder a MINI now, 4 months waiting time, should take at least that long to get the money from the insurance.
Brianmini, hope you was'nt hurt and sorry to hear about your mini fingers crossed that the insurance company do the right thing and give you what its worth rather than what they think.
PS,I see your also selling "RealMini.co.uk" thats a shame.

All car accidents are terrible, but it's always a little worse when a 'classic' is lost. Love the New MINI as much as we all do, it's certainly not 'irreplaceable' yet, or anytime soon.
Lose a new MINI, and you can get an identical replacement. (yeah, yeah, it might take 6 months). Lose a 'classic' Mini, and you could spend your life searching for the same one.
All the same, I'd rather be in a New MINI in the event of an accident. I'm glad you're OK, could have been much worse.
So... Ever think of comming to the dark side, and getting a New you-know-what in all Capitals?
