Fitting a bike in a MINI

Has anyone ever tried to get a bike in their mini? I have bought one but need to go and get it. I don't think it will fit, even with the wheels off, but if anyone has done it I'm happy to be proved wrong!

Cheers! I'll give it a go on Saturday (with lots of padding to protect the MINI, and the bike!)

No problem. I can fit my road bike (47cm) in with the rear wheel still on it...need to take off the front though.

If you consult MINI's unauthorized users manual, it does in fact list how to do it.

I've done it myself once, and just removed the front wheel. It was tight and took a few tries.

The best advice I have is be sure to have something to pad the fork and other sharp items, they will easily scratch the plastic panels.
