new mini owner - what to do about....

I bought a mini cooper from a nini dealer 2 weeks ago. I saw the car the day it have come in, and it hadnt been cleaned yet, i spent a day thinking, and went back and put a deposit down, my boyfriend noticed some scratches on the rear boot and rear glass and asked whether that would be put right, we were informed it would.
The car looked perfect when i picked it up a week later. I have washed it since, and all the scratches i saw are still there, plus i noticed a really bad repair job on the front bumper. What can i do?

They should treat me well; when i took my car home, my mum loved it so much she went and bought a cooper s convertible, brand new, with loadsa extras from them!

Im unhappy, my perfect mini isnt so perfect anymore - i have photos, shul i email them to the sales guy at the mini garage?

Don't send photos, take them but keep those, and take the car in and talk to the person you bought it from. Say it's completely unacceptable and that they will replace the glass and repair or replace the bumper in order that it is as-new. If they refuse to do anything you might consider that the option of last resort is to park the thing across their entrance until they do agree to do something about it
