Hi, I am a newbie and after lurking in this wonderful forum for a few months I have finally plucked up the courage to post!!!

I placed an order for a DS/B Cooper S last November for delivery this September (I know, I know, to make sure I had enough money and trust me it has been an awful long wait!!). I know that I am going to have to finalise my order in the next few months and I have a quick couple of questions.

1. Chrome Line Exterior - On a Cooper S what will end up being chrome? I find it really hard to see from pictures?

2. Chrome Line Interior - Again what will be chrome?

Any help would be great.

1. Chrome line exterior is front grill and boot handle

2. Don't know I'm afraid - but I think you get chrome rings round most of the instruments (speedo, rev counter etc.)

That is correct, and when I get home I might be able to take a photo of mine if you wish.
Personally I think it looks really nice with the chrome interior.

Thanks for the replies!!! It certainly helps seeing pictures. Will give me something to work with now as I pretty much have my spec sorted just need to make my mind up over some of the little things.

Ok what about side skirts, I am tempted by these as well, what do you think to those tnoy?

The hard part with all the choices is knowing when to stop even after you've got it

Unfortunately you've just missed the recent group buy for these which makes them look a bit expensive now

Thank you, it was added myself after purchase.
A couple of other members here (windshadow and fabio, I think) had done the same and I thought 'wow that's '

I bought it off ebay in the US, but I can't remember the car it's originally intended for
I think the seller was called 'jintonic999' he has none for sale at the moment though

I'll do some searching and see if I can find out again (it may take some time)
It needs a slight mod to make it fit....just cut the very bottom off with scissors

Well maybe not that long
I believe this is the exact same item, I remembered it was for something like tusconi and tuscani came up

Not long to go though, so if the auction ends just see if he re-lists them

The bottom part of the boot just needs trimming down, it's more obvious once you have it
